We know the excitement of waiting for something new to arrive — so here's everything you need to know about how we work and what to expect after placing your order.
Our pieces are handmade — here's what that means for you
Every item from Artbykian is made by hand, with care and attention that simply can't be rushed. This means that unlike mass-produced products, each piece goes through a production process before it's ready to be packed and shipped to you. We think that's what makes them special — but we also want to be fully transparent about timelines so there are no surprises.
What happens after I place my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email right away — if you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. From there, your item enters our handmade production queue. Most pieces are ready within 3–7 business days, though during busy periods (launches, sales, or holidays) this can extend to up to 10 business days. We'll always notify you once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order has been made and dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–14 business days depending on your location. So from the moment you order to the moment it arrives at your door, please allow a total of roughly 2–3 weeks. We know that's not instant — but great things take time, and we promise it's worth the wait.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details can take 2–4 business days to update in the system after dispatch, so if nothing is showing yet, just give it a little time.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us immediately at support@artbykian.com with the subject line URGENT and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it. If a package fails to deliver due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, Artbykian cannot be held responsible.
Where does my package ship from?
We work with international logistics partners to ship your orders at an affordable rate, allowing us to deliver to customers worldwide while keeping our prices as accessible as possible.
What about lost or stolen packages?
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your property and with any neighbours, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the courier, Artbykian cannot be held responsible for items reported as lost or stolen after delivery. If your order appears to be lost in transit (not yet showing as delivered), please reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
