Refund Policy
Every piece from Artbykian is made with care and attention to detail — and we genuinely want you to love what you receive. That said, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, and we're always here to help.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to get in touch and request a return. After this period, unfortunately we're unable to process return requests.
Conditions for Return
We put real effort into every item we send out, so we do ask that anything returned comes back in the same condition it left us. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Free from any marks, scents, or signs of use.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
If an item arrives back to us and doesn't meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back to you.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We're straightforward about this: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — with the following exceptions:
- You received the wrong item or colour.
- Your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- The item doesn't match what was described or shown on our website.
In any of those cases, we'll cover the return shipping in full. Just contact us first and we'll take care of everything from there.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at support@artbykian.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong — a defect, transit damage, or the wrong item entirely — contact us straight away at support@artbykian.com. We'll make it right, no questions asked.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have (once approved) and place a new order separately. This way you get exactly what you want without unnecessary delays.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to justify your decision. The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time on their end to post the amount — please bear this in mind.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@artbykian.com and we'll look into it right away.
